Marathon day
Went to the Cox marathon today - treated a lot of hamstrings and calves - 26 miles - wow - makes 4 hours of sports massage seem like a stroll in the park!

Getting close to opening day!
Just about a month to go and Allsworth Massage Therapy will be open for business! It is an exciting time. I hope you will continue with me on the journey. This blogging thing isn't so bad - I'm actually starting to like it!
